By using Gatherby you agree to these terms. Gatherby is offered as-is while in early access, and these terms will be updated before general availability.

Using Gatherby

• You're responsible for your household account and the people you invite to it.
• Use Gatherby lawfully and don't misuse or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Content you add belongs to you; you grant us permission to store and display it to run the app for your household.

Messaging

Gatherby sends transactional email (and, where you opt in, text messages) related to your household's activity. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time. Standard message and data rates may apply to any texts.

Availability

We aim to keep Gatherby running reliably but don't guarantee uninterrupted service, especially during early access. We may change or discontinue features.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Gatherby is provided without warranties and our liability is limited. Don't rely on Gatherby as the sole record of anything critical.
